What else can i use that works like an elastic brace or bandage?
for a sprained/swollen ankle
Air ast are very good for a sprained ankle but the best thing for a sprained ankle is to go to the ER and they will put you in a splint to keep your ankle in a 90 degree position to help it heal and then give you crutches! I sprained my ankle on friday night and I went to the local ER in lansdale pa and they put me in a half cast other words known as a splint!
